Extradition
Though the fact that Swepiracy according to Netherlands laws is considered being legal, judge R.J.L. van Bokhoven confirmed the extradition of Swepiracy servers at July 31.
No updates
Although three weeks have passed since the court session in Amsterdam regarding Swepiracy servers was held, no further information about the process has been announced to Swepiracy parties. In the event of Swepiracy servers being extradited to Swedish authorities, technical analysis will not permit prosecution taking place earlier than in late autumn 2012.
Amsterdam trial
Former trial date of June 22, was surprisingly further extended to July 17, since "yet not invited but affected parties were to be sent an invitation to be present during the session"...
Functioneel Parket
June 22, a court session will be held in the city of Amsterdam, judging in the matter if Swepiracy servers shall be extradited to Swedish authorities. Last date of prosecution has been further extended to 2012-10-01.

Time limit
Last date of prosecution has by prosecutor Fredrik Ingblad been requested to be extended from 2012-04-13 to 2012-06-13. Initial request of 2012-09-03, was during the opening court session not accepted.
1 month after seizure
Swepiracy servers are estimated to arrive in Swedish territory in three months. Keyperson(s) are to be prosecuted not later than April 13, 11:00. The TPB public defender Per E. Samuelson is now also assigned to the Swepiracy case.
Swepiracy raid
At 08 AM Friday morning, Swepiracy servers and keyperson(s) were raided by police authorities in the Netherlands and Sweden.
